PACS Directory
The PACS Directory displays the list of AdvaPACS tenants to whom you can request access.
An AdvaPACS tenant refers to hospitals and facilities that utilize AdvaPACS as their PACS solution.
Region
The tenants that are listed in the PACS directory are displayed according to the selected region. The region indicates the location of the tenant's preferred data center for the studies and does not represent the physical location of the tenant. You may contact your respective tenant to learn about their region.
Choose a region by clicking the drop-down selection located on the navigation bar of the page.
Requesting Access
It's important to note that being granted access to a tenant does not automatically provide you access to their studies, unless the tenant have already implemented specific Types of Study Access to your account.
To request access to a tenant's studies, click on the Request Access button.
You will receive a notification once a tenant approves your request and the button will show as Access Granted.
