Accounts and Access

The AdvaPACS Clinician Portal has two types of accounts: Individual and Organisation.

The Individual account allows you to manage your own clinician account and individually request access to imaging and reports. You should select this option if you're not affiliated with a larger organisation.

The Organisation account allows you to manage a number of user accounts within the organisation, and also gives you some administrative tools and different authentication options. You should select this option if you're part of a larger organisation. You will then be able to invite other clinicians within your organisation to this same account.

Follow the steps for creating an account that applies to your case:

Creating an Individual Account

  1. Go to clinician.advapacs.com.

  2. Click Sign Up.

  3. Select Individual.

  4. Fill out the form.

  5. Click Sign Up.

    • Default Region - The default Region is the region that the Clinician Portal will use after logging in.
  6. Verify your account through the verification link sent to the email you provided.

  7. Log in to the Clinician Portal at clinician.advapacs.com with your newly created account.

Once you have successfully created an account and logged in, proceed to Requesting Access to Data.

Creating an Organisation Account

  1. Go to clinician.advapacs.com.

  2. Click Sign Up.

  3. Select Organisation.

  4. Fill out the form.

    Organisation ID - A subdomain of clinician.advapacs.com will be created using this ID. For example, if you enter tlhospital as your Organisation ID, you will log in at tlhospital.clinician.advapacs.com

  5. Click Sign Up.

    • Default Region - The default Region is the region that the Clinician Portal will use after logging in.
  6. Verify your account through the verification link that will be sent to the email you provided.

  7. Log in to your organisation's Clinician Portal.

Once you have successfully created an organisation account and logged in, you can now start creating users for your organisation. To create one, you need to assign them a role. Proceed to Create Roles to create one.
